Management Consulting Intern — Advisory

  • Member of a team of 4 consultants on the redesign of the Target Operating Model (TOM) for the supply chain of a defense industry player.
  • Mapped existing supply chain processes and identified gaps with the target model.

La Poste — Industrial Mail Platform (PIC)

Intern — Internal Flow & Logistics

  • 30,000 m² site, 650 employees, 3 million mail items a day; assigned to the Large Format zone (~200,000 items/day, 2 sorting lines).
  • Operated the depalletizer, a critical station feeding the entire Large Format zone — the first intern on-site entrusted with this role.
  • Managed incoming flow and internal logistics, and designed a sorting-station optimization (a new automated line) proposed in the internship report.
  • Coordinated a team of 3–5 operators alongside zone leads and supervisors; presented a 24-page CSR analysis of the site covering safety, working conditions, and carbon footprint.
